This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and explains how personal data obtained through this website and the contact channels listed on it is processed.

What data is collected on this website?
This website has no contact form, user accounts, cookies, advertising or visitor statistics tools. When you view the website, the servers of the hosting provider may record connection data that is technically necessary for the website to work (such as IP address, date and time, page viewed and browser information).
If you contact us by email or phone, the name, contact details and other information you share are processed. When describing your legal matter, please do not share special categories of personal data (e.g. health information) unless necessary.
Purposes of processing
- Responding to your request and holding a preliminary discussion about legal services,
- Performing the engagement agreement if one is concluded,
- Complying with legal obligations,
- Keeping the website secure and available.
Method of collection and legal basis
Personal data is obtained from you by email, phone or in person, and automatically when you visit the website. It is processed on the following legal bases under Article 5(2) KVKK: (c) it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, (ç) it is necessary for the controller to comply with a legal obligation, (e) it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, (f) it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Transfers
Personal data may be transferred to competent public authorities, courts and enforcement offices within the scope of legal obligations. Website hosting is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (ABD) and email services by Google LLC (Gmail). As these providers' servers may be located abroad, data processed through these services may be transferred abroad.
Your rights
Under Article 11 KVKK, you may apply to the controller to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information about the processing,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions of Article 7 KVKK,
- Request that third parties to whom data was transferred be notified of such correction, deletion or destruction,
- Object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

You may submit requests in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Contact: avukatbeyzabayindir@gmail.com. Requests are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature; if the request involves an additional cost, the fee set by the Board may be charged.
